UPCOMING MAC COLLECTION - TROPICAL TABOO

Are you ready for the big Mac summer collection (well summer for USA and winter for Australia). I love that Mac are bringing out some new colour collections with fun brights again and NEW BRUSHES!! I know for sure I have my eyes on that new 159 Brush to add to my collection and new Mineralize Rich lipstick colour Midnight Mambo seeings I love the formula so much. Those that missed out on Fashion Sets Lip Pencils will be happy to see they are being re-promoted and Tropica sounds DIVINE! I am not a massive fan of mineralize eyeshadows and blushes so will probably skip those even though they look pretty.

MAY IS MAC MONTH - VLOG GET READY WITH ME WITH SILLY FASHION SETS

I decided for my next Mac based Video I would do a simple 'Get Ready With Me' video everyday makeup look using the latest collection Fashion Sets in Silly. I like to wear colour with my makeup everyday and because when I filmed this video it was so miserable outside I thought the bright Barbie Pink was a perfect fit.

MAY IS MAC MONTH - At Dusk Blush from In Extra Dimension Collection

In Extra Dimension saw the addition of a new product to the range, a blush. I was really curious about this product especially after experiencing how shimmery the eyeshadows and skin finishes are. I decided to purchase At Dusk for 2 reasons, I love the colour and I love the Extra Dimension design. Seemed a good enough reason to me yeah?

MAY IS MAC MONTH - Mineralize Tinted Lip Balm in Cherry Cherry

I like Lip Balms but I don't buy alot of them, I like to use them up first before I buy more. But when I saw the colour story for Baking Beauties included repromotes for the Mineralize Tinted Lip Balms but this time in my kinda colours, I was all up in that and purchased myself Cherry Cherry!

I was hoping that this would be more like the Tendertones (like I mentioned in my video) but after testing it more I have discovered it is not a tendertone in a tube. Mac's description is this is a liquid lip balm that moisturizes while also delivering a mirror like shine, but I don't think that it is a moisturizing lip balm like a tender tone is. This is more of a lip gloss kind of balm but just more moisturizing than a lipglass. I get around an hours wear with this before I feel I need to touch up.

The colour itself is a midtone blue pink with gold pearl in the tube but on the lips the colour doesn't transfer, instead it is a subtle milky pink with a high shine.

MAY IS MAC MONTH - Definately Defined Extra Dimension Skin Finish

I thought that it was time to try out my first Extra Dimension Skin Finish seeings there have been 2 previous releases and I haven't caved. I have a few highlighters but I absolutely LOVED the design on these so I thought it was time to add one to my Mac Library and share my thoughts with you guys.

MAY IS MAC MONTH - IN FOR A TREAT PEARLMATTE 'BAKING BEAUTIES COLLECTION'

Pearlmattes Face Powders are a new product for me, meaning the first time I tried them was with the Archie's Girls release and instantly wondered where they had been my whole life! I was hooked when I saw the gorgeous colour descriptions of the pearlmattes from the Baking Beauties Collection and especially the adorable designs on the powder, just like cupcakes good enough to eat.
