Chromagraphic Pencils are permanent items at Pro, anyone can purchase them but they are not sold at regular counters and online unless they are released with a collection. They are great products to line lips, line eyes, draw and create whatever you think up. They are very VERY pigmented so its easy to see why they are pro items. I don't find them drying or pulling and dragging on the skin. I rarely find the need to go over any line that I draw with these pencils, but I do keep these sanitized and sharpen every pencil after every time I use them.
These also have great staying power no matter what they are used for. As a lip pencil they have great staying power of 5 hours (depending on how much you eat of course and often so there is still a need for a touch up) and as an eye pencil you will be stuck with these for 8+ hours.
They are fun and bright and while they are available in a selection of colours Hi Def Cyan, Landscape Green and Process Magenta are the only ones that will be released in this collection. Landscape Green is not a colour that appealed to me and I already had Process Magenta so I grabbed Hi Def Cyan.
HI DEF CYAN - Matte Bright Cyan, simply amazing (not safe for use on the waterline)! Urban Decay 24/7 Electric Pencil is more shimmery and brighter.
PROCESS MAGENTA - Matte Bright Magenta, a perfect lip pencil (this colour is not safe for use on the eye or waterline of the eye). It is a perfect intense pink and is warmer than Embrace Me.

Take advantage of these being released with the Art Of The Eye collection and pick up at least one for your collection, you wont regret it. These will be available online and at selected counters for a limited time only but are permanent at Pro of course.
Peace and Love,
